Matt joined Ward in April 2021 with 19 years of sales experience. Most recently, he was a top producer for the largest multi-family laundry company in the United States. In 2019 Matt was part of the Hartford, CT branch team that won the Best-In-Class Award for the top branch in the country. With a focus on developing long-term relationships with clients, Matt believes in building trust and confidence for developing partners for life. A graduate of Central Connecticut State University, he currently resides in Cheshire, CT, with his wife and two stepsons and enjoys golfing, craft beer, and hiking.

Warren was born and raised in Tallahassee, FL, and received his Bachelor of Science from FSU. Before joining Ward in early 2022, he was head of Business Development, dealing with primarily commercial and residential security systems. Before that, he was an accounts manager for a Wine Distributor selling Italian imports. Warren and his wife have two children – both born in 2020. He has a love for the beach, where his family has a small beach cottage, and he enjoys fishing and spending time with his family. He is an avid FSU football fan and attends games regularly.
