Ward – Go Fuel – Interface

Ward - Go Fuel - Interface Integrates fuel management and 3rd party gps and telematics devices

Fuel Authorization Interface Device for Ward Fuel Management and GPS & Telematic Partner Customers

The Ward – Go Fuel – Interface was engineered to automate communication for odometer validation and OBDII data sharing between Geotab or Samsara GPS and Telematics providers platform and Ward’s Fuel Management System.

The Ward – Go Fuel – Interface device interfaces with GPS and Telematic partners devices to communicate with a Ward Fuel Control Terminal and automates your fueling access. The FCT captures and transmits the fuel transaction data, VIN, odometer, and/or engine hours to Ward’s Fuel View software.

If the vehicle has a partnered telematics device account set up, the device also transmits telematics to in real-time to that software platform, with all the the customer data collection specifications. The WGFI connection cables are included.

Ward - Go Fuel - Interface

The Ward - Go Fuel - Interface device seamlessly integrates with third-party GPS devices to facilitate automated fuel access, transaction data collection, and transmittal.

Telematics and GPS Device

Geotab Go9 or Samsara Gateway (shown) device sends vehicle information through the Ward - Go Fuel - Interface device to communicate with the Hose Module to allow access to the fuel pump.  Customer-specified fueling transaction information is transmitted by automation to Fuel View and includes the odometer, fuel type, quantity, and date.

Ring Antenna

The Ring Antenna comes in multiple sizes to securely fit any filler neck, is battery-free, and communicates the data to the Hose Module.

Fuel Control Terminal

The Fuel Control Terminal facilitates access to the fuel pump, stores and transmits data to Fuel View.

Hose Module

The Hose Module facilitates communication from the Fuel Control Terminal.

Third-party GPS and Fleet Maintenance Software

MyGeotab or Cloud Connect (shown) receives transaction data directly through the GPS device.

Fuel View Software

Automated fuel access and data collection is pre programmed in Fuel View. Transaction data is transmitted to Fuel View when the connection is terminated after fueling.
